Fusion South Bay Real Estate Recap for 2024
2024 was another slow year for home sales in the gated community of Fusion South Bay which has been the case for the past 3 years. There were 7 homes that sold during the year at an average price of $969,143. That was more than in 2023 with only 6 sales but compare that to the high year of 2021 with 21 townhome and condos sold. In large part the slower real estate market in Fusion hasn't been driven by lack of demand.....but lack of inventory. Unlike the nearby community of Three Sixty that has seen a flurry of activity to start 2025, there are no homes currently for sale in Fusion. (as of 2/4/25)
