Bill Salvatore - East Valley  Thanks for sharing this detailed update, Bill! It's great to see how private residential construction is continuing to grow, especially with the 1.5% increase in December. This shows the strength of the housing market, despite broader economic factors. The increase in highway construction is also noteworthy, reflecting investment in infrastructure. Overall, it's promising to see construction spending rise across several sectors, and I’m excited to see how this trend evolves in 2025. Appreciate you keeping us informed with this valuable data!
