HOT HONEY CHICKEN TENDERS

COOK TIME: 25 MINUTES

If you love sweet and spicy flavors, this three ingredient appetizer may become your favorite party trick.  Use Gluten Free Chicken Tenders to create a gluten free appetizer your guests will love.

INGREDIENTS

 

PREPARATION

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread frozen tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, to an internal temperature of 170°F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer.
  2. Heat honey in a small saucepan and add hot sauce. Stir until combined.
  3. Drizzle hot chicken tenders with hot honey and serve.
