Back on January 10th I shared a long-time client and friend bought a villa that needed a major facelift it closed last Friday. Week one started quickly, the villa was turnkey so now what to keep and what to get rid of. Buyer walked around with three different colored dots, green give away, pink try to sell and orange keep. Next here comes The Guys, all new flooring brings samples, paint samples, plumber to move the washer and dryer out of the garage, kitchen cabinets and countertops to replace, ceiling lights and fans to replace, bathrooms to remodel. Michelle got into the act and went with buyer to granite yard to help pick out countertops.
Today the dumpster shows up and you know what that means? Demo Day! It will be a scene right out of HGTV, I might even show up to take a whack with a sledgehammer. We have about eight weeks to get this project done and I will be doing a weekly update with a few pictures along the way.
