Adopt a Fire Hydrant
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Montgomery County, Maryland beginning 2/11/2025 1:00 PM to 2/12/2025 7:00 AM. If you must travel, allow extra time to reach your destination. Please remain alert for ongoing plow/salt operations.
If and when you are able and willing to clear the sidewalks and driveways, the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service will appreciate any assistance clearing around nearby fire hydrants. More importantly clear a path to your door, so if emergency need arises you can get out and Fire Fighters/Medics can get in.
