I had a friend just have spine surgery, so have to pick him up at the hospital today and stay with him for a couple of days.   Not going anywhere until June, and itching to do something.   Have a few sellers THINKING of listing.

Yes indeed. Very interesting, not all buyers cared for the Lake front house. Some had concerns of the water being too close.

I do believe it is one of the reasons I was hired to list the property after the owner interview four other agents.  When others wanted a quick sale and did not see the value of the lake, it did make a difference.  It is important to stay in our market area to make it more valuable for consumers.
