Yesterday was spent at the downtown Red Rock Real Estate office, handing out St. George Area Parade of Homes tickets to valued clients. Inside each bag, there were snacks, water, a book plus tickets to the event.

Every short visit brought wide smiles and many warm, sincere hugs, catching up with one another, I enjoyed every single minute! And then with this morning's coffee, I opened an email to see this message...

Being on the receiving end of such a lovely note, makes my day. It also confirms that clients appreciate the thoughtfulness and effort that goes into taking those extra steps to create something special for them.
