Can't find it offhand, but there is an author online who posts a photo of each President the day he took office and one next of the day he left. It look like the person aged 20 years. Literally the toughest job in the world. 

When you really sit and think about it...what our ancestors did back in the 1770's was incredible.

We are just 61 days away from the Battles of Lexington and Concord being 250 years ago.   Many of our early Presidents and leaders had no idea how the United States would turn out...they just knew they needed to be independent. 

I am so honored to carry on their legacy through our industry.

I find one of the things lacking in today's society is community involvement. Great quote by the way. Leaders are rare.

I think back to President Kennedy's  statement at his inauguration: Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country and wonder when it got lost.

Leadership is found at every level. It is a huge responsibility. Very good post, I enjoyed reading it.

Grateful for most American presidents, I take pride in my American identity as an immigrant —a sentiment shared by fellow immigrants.

Dorie these two Presidents deserve to be honored and remembered.  I can think of a couple of others I would add to the list.

I love this Dorie. Leadership is much more than the title. It's up to all of us to build on what our forefathers started...not tear it down. Great leaders do that. Great leaders of our country have put our country first and in doing so made us want to join their vision.
