2-3 listings a week! The secret is out!

Hello. again to all

I just wanted to give some friendly advice to anyone who is interested in increasing their listings by 1-2 even three listings a week. My first strategy each day in obtaining listings is I set aside time each day to just prospecting. I PRSPECT, PROSPECT, PROSPECT FIRST. I treat my prospecting time as the most important appointment of the day and it is. Not to say real clients aren't important, they are. I am saying that prospecting should come first except for family. What is the old saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Well, Prospecting time each day keeps the bill collector away. I feel that each day the most important things should be done first that directly generate potential income. And by doing this, i have seen my listing inventory increase 1- 2 even three listings a week. Plus, I treat people the way I want to be treated. Simple, I service, keep them informed every step of the way and listings come, sales come, and income comes! So there you have it. The secret is out. THERE IS NO SECRET TO GETTING LISTINGS. Just be faithful to income generating activites and watch your inventory grow.

Yeah! I mean I prospect everyday. I am always targeting expired listings. However,I haven't done my expired this week yet.  Please give me some more info. Great post.

Hello. Prospecting for me is working FSBO's Expireds, past clients, current clients, Orphans and Sphere of influence. Find what is best for you and go for it.
