It is too bad that you are not looking for a move-in ready condo in Columbia's Village of Long Reach that has new flooring and a remodeled kitchen with granite counters, espresso cabinets, and gas cooking, a lovely view of green space vs. the community parking lot, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Otherwise this could be a great option and perhaps even the perfect fit for you.
But you are probably not looking for a low condo fee of $247 (water and sewer included), and a pet-friendly community either. Oh, and I am sure you are hoping to spend much more than $195,000! So this one-bedroom, one-bath unit wouldn't work for you. That really is too bad. š
