I saw 3 FSBO sales in my nearby neighborhood. All three sold about 40-50k below what I would have listed for. With some minor updates (5-10k) I think I would have gotten an extra 100k for one. Crazy.

That's why I laugh at FSBO's Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty they think they are saving money when in reality they are losing so much money by not doing it the right way, haha. I have represented buyers on FSBO's and they feel like they are stealing the property from the owner, haha.
Your words are wise Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 and hindsight is always 20/20. It sure stings to look back on something and realize what a mistake you made though, haha.
