As Realtors, we spend a lot of time showcasing homes, talking about square footage, and highlighting features like granite countertops and walk-in closets. But sometimes, we need to remind ourselves (and our clients) that real estate isn’t just about transactions — it’s about the experiences a home can offer. And what better way to experience a home than by playing a game of hide and seek in it?
That’s exactly what we did at my newest listing, 250 Dion in Rockland! Instead of just walking through the home and checking off the usual selling points, we decided to mix business with pleasure and put this home’s best hiding spots to the test. Spoiler alert: this house is a hide-and-seek champion!
