The Coachella Valley 55+ Active Adult Report
SUMMARY *
Prices in the 55+ Active Adult market are stable
Sales in January in all eight communities averaged 70 units per month
The dollar sales of the active adult communities over the last three months averaged $35 million a month versus $36 million last year.
Inventory: At the end of January, listings in the eight adult communities was 322 units compared to 208 units last year, which is 55% higher.
The average number of “Days in the Market” for the active adult communities in January was 59 days compared to 57 days a year ago.
Average selling times range from 51 days in Trilogy Polo Club to 81 days in Heritage Palms Country Club.
