I applaud your patience and explanation of the FHA 203K loan. I love the Maria story and you are right more should consider utilizing it's advantages. My daughter-in-law used this on a property she bought before she met my son. It takes time, patience and having the right lender and contractors to make it happen. I'm still in awe she did this in her late 20's by herself!
