Our Team finds that the best way, by far, to market a property  is simply to put it into the multiple listing system.

We do a little bit of social media marketing, also.

By just posting a property into the mls, the property will also appear in many real estate websites with more visibility for potential home buyers that any other method of advertising.

And when sellers find out you do more than just the mls is is easier to get listings, as I listed 50 properties last year leading my office.
