Give It A Rest!
Animals, especially cats and dogs, instinctively know when their bodies need a nap to rest. As humans, we tend to keep going, pushing past boundaries, sometimes to the point of exhaustion or well after. So today, I might go with it and if you get a chance, do it!

We can choose to stay awake despite feeling tired, often due to family commitments, work, social obligations, or entertainment. This often overrides natural rhythms that can lead to a sleep deprived environment and eventually, health problems.

Erma Bombeck, one of my favorite comedians once said, “I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren’t there for the day."

So, when possible, sneak in a few minutes to rest the mind, the eyes and the body. It'll do you good unless, of course, you're showing houses, shopping or at work and that might create other issues!
