How often do you follow a road map to get to where you want to go?  In our business, it is important to have a plan and you need to work that plan.  Four things you need to do in business planing are:

A.  Cultivate relationships with a large number of prospects simultaneously.

B.  Don't try to pre-determine the motivations of your prospects.

C.  Automate the process by using databases and email technology to save time. 

D.  Every prospecting medium delivers a percentage of prospects who may not convert into transactions. 

Your goal is to add as many prospects to your possible to be able to capitalize on every opportunity.

Your business plan must includes a solid system to add prospects to your databases in order to accomplish your financial goals.and achieve the freedom to live your life by design.

Some activities that you could use in your plan are:

Farm Areas

Sphere of Influence

Websites

Open Houses

Drip Campaigns

Sending out person notes

Expired

For Sale by owners

Direct Mail

Networking

Asking for Referrals

Business Referral Happy Hours

Social Media

Housewarming Parties

These are just some items that may work for you.  Ours is a people business, the more touches you make daily the better the chances that you will be producing the income that you desire.

Someone once said "Motivation is what gets you started. Habits are what keep you going".  Plan your work and work your plan is the key to get what you want.  Start today for a better future.
