This Week…It’s Almost Here!!!

Hello Kathy - whatever the weather, enjoying the moment comes to mind while reading your post.  When conditions are favorable, birds chirping and the scents of nature can thankfully enhance those times.   

Good morning, Kathy... spring might not officially arrive for a few days, but don't tell Charlotte weather! We've had lovely sunny days in the 70's this week.

Good morning Kathy. We were teased here in the Chicago area yesterday with temps in the mid to upper 70's. And I bet we will be disappointed by a few more days including possible snow tomorrow. Enjoy your day.

I always hated Punxsutawney Phil. He is almost never right! Staten Island Chuck is much more accurate and he is not stuck up.

Kathy, we have had quite a bit of roller coaster weather too.   60's and 70's this coming week, and again, more snow also.

Yippee! I can feel it coming in the air. I only have two patches of snow in my yard, and we're beginning to see the spring birds emerge. March 1st was the first day of Meteorological Spring, but the real official Spring is near.

Hello Kathy we had a high of 48 on Friday and this Monday we are up to 70 and sunny.  I am not putting away the snow blower till after April 15.

I'd say Spring is here in Austin! The weather is 73, sunny, blue skies and windy! Tomorrow more of the same and all week! I'll take it!

We've had a lot of rainy and cold days this past few weeks and finally today the sun was out and we're back in the high 60's.  70's next week.  Yippy Skippy!  I love warm weather and sunshine.....and all the birds and flowers too!  The birds are loving the water fountain today......so fun watching them!

Hello Kathy Streib in my area, for the past a few weeks we had rain and colder weather. Finally, within a week Spring will start and we will have warmer weather.

It seems that a lot of beauty comes out into the world during the spring, like that bird you have pictured perched on the birdhouse!

We often have huge swings in temperature! In the summer we often wake up with 50º temperatures that go up to 90º by the afternoon. Or -10º one day and +45º the next. It's all good!

Hi Kathy:

I'm looking forward to, hopefully, some warmer weather...not that 60 is bad for us but 70s would be wonderful. The birds are much more active, especially the hummers, too and we are seeing some young birds with parents at the feeders.
