We are a full service real estate company. This property closed on 3-14-25 on a 1031 Exchange for the Buyers. Sale price was $645K

This was a great building on the main drag through town! Burlington Avenue!

Don't worry though...the Chiropractic center is staying there!!

This property also has a garage in the back beig enough for a large motorhome plus other storage! With great parking as well!
