You do not need to be Irish to celebrate St Patrick's Day! Happy St Pattys Day to you!

Good morning, Kathy... is it possible not to have a good time on St. Patrick's Day? I think not! Your corned beef meal sounds delicious! My office is having its annual lunch today with green food. I'm bringing a key lime pie to which I added some green coloring to make it more green.

Good morning Kathy. Love corned beef and cabbage. Just had some last evening and will be having the left overs for  lunch. And, never fail to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Three years ago we added a reason to celebrate with the birth of our granddaughter. And, the 18th is our anniversary. Enjoy your day.

Corned Beef and Cabbage is one of my favorite meals. Actually, had one at the local church Saturday and will be having another this Tuesday...yum, yum, yum. Watch out for leprechauns.

I am looking forward to a nice corned beef and cabbage meal later today!  I hope that you will have a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!

I no longer eat meat...but if I did, I think I would head out tonight for some corned beef and cabbage. LOVE!

Hello Kathy - I can certainly appreciate traditions.  Although admittedly I don't always participate in many, that doesn't diminish their importance in the greater scheme of things that interrelatedness and interconnectedness is a part of everyday life.  

Kathy, we had a very large Parade in downtown Denver Saturday.  I was going to go, but was around 29 degrees at 9:30 when it started.    Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Hi Kathy, I hope you enjoyed your St. Patrick's Day.  This holiday holds a special place in my heart since I have some Irish in me and marked in the parade when I was young. My sisters and I took baton lessons and then marched in this and other holiday parades in the Boston area.

No, you don't need to be Irish to celebrate today and there are certainly plenty of ways to celebrate. No corned beef for me, however - I'm not a fan at all. I've been told there's a wee bit of Irish in me on my Dad's side of the family. Sadly he is no longer around to ask more about this.

I think this is the first year I can remember that I didn't have corned beef dinner for St. Patrick's Day. As you know, we are on a cruise and the green desserts were amazing! Many people came prepared with green clothing. We did not.
