There Is Always Time to Show That You Care

By
Real Estate Agent with Dirt Road Real Estate SA676002000

Life for real estate agents and others is indeed crazy busy. Between phone calls, texts emails, physical showings, paperwork, the minutes quickly slip by.

Yet, we as professional real estate agents appreciate those who show us that they care by sending us their gratitude through handwritten notes to written recommendations on various websites. Then if we appreciate those efforts of gratitude, maybe we should also show we care.

This past week was very hectic with two septic inspections in Golden Valley, AZ as well as a tie down installation for a manufactured home. Both local small businesses answered my requests quickly and also delivered services on time as requested.

I thanked these two vendors by email as well as sent  handwritten notes. Also, I did recommendations on Yelp as well as on available websites.

Yes, we can take time to show we care by recommending others and building even stronger relationships with other local small business owners who service the real estate industry.

Remember these words by President Theodore Roosevelt:

"No one cares who much you know until they know how much you care."

Yes, it takes very little time to say thank you. It takes a little more to post a recommendation or write a note on line about the service you received - but it sure is an opportunity to make someone's day!

So true and I believe your final words have been true for so many:

"an opportunity to make someone's day!" Thank you and good morning

Hello Leanne - gratitude and kindness can be relatively simple.  And when practiced regularly as well as genuinely they can have powerful results.  For those on the receiving end as well as the provider.  Such time invested is well-spent in my opinion.

My sense is the consistent practice of caring actions is what makes the difference. Thank you and good morning.

Good morning, Leanne... that's why I'm at my desk most days by 6:30 am... that's my quiet time to write thank you notes, home anniversary notes, birthday greetings, wedding anniversary greetings, etc.

Good morning and early morning is a good time to undertake those "caring" actions. Thank you.
