Can you answer the following questions?

1. What is the median sales price of homes sold in your market? What % up or down from a year ago?
2. What is average days on market for a listing sold?
3. What % of the listings that sell... sell within the first 30 days of being on the market?
4. How many active listings are on the market right now?
5. How does this number compare to a year ago?
6. What is the total sales volume in your market last month?
7. How does this number compare to a year ago?
8. How many listings sold last month? Year to date?
9. How do these numbers compare to last year?
10. What is the sales price to listing price ratio in your market?
11. How does this number compare to a year ago?
12. Based on current absorption trends, how many month's supply of inventory is in your market?

If you are covering multiple markets, do you know these numbers for each specific market?
