1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
cooking spray

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place chicken in a large bowl. Add garlic, lemon zest, paprika, oregano, salt, and crushed red pepper; toss to coat chicken in the seasonings.
Combine Parmesan cheese and panko in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in Parmesan mixture to coat. Sprinkle any remaining mixture over chicken; pat to adhere.Coat the chicken generously with cooking spray.Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place chicken in prepared basket (cook in batches, if needed). Air fry 12 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center reads 170 degrees F (77 degrees C).Serve immediately.

Will, this air fryer chicken recipe sounds absolutely delicious! Lemon garlic parmesan? That's like, my favorite flavor combo ever. And in the air fryer? Super quick and easy! I bet the panko and parmesan crust gets nice and crispy. I'm already drooling just thinking about it. This is definitely going on my "to cook" list. Thanks for sharing!
