Spring is an invitation to witness new buds on trees, birds returning to where you live, feeling the weather break from cold to warm, and perhaps witness new baby birds or other animals.
If you accept the invitation something new can take your breath away. There may be days when the wind that blows across your face are warm, and it feels refreshing. You may feel like getting up earlier, so you don't miss anything because you feel energized.
Spring may cause you to change your habits and eat a healthier breakfast to fuel your day to do more ambitious things outdoors. Or, on a rainy day stay indoors and clean out your closets or kitchen cabinets. You may even feel like whistling while your work.
You may notice there is more joy coming your way, especially when you can go outdoors without wearing heavy warmer clothing. Or perhaps you feel more alive than you have these past several months. If you're someone with arthritis, perhaps your aches won't hurt or that your fingers can do more than on a cold winter day.
Hearing may become more astute to the singing of the birds. If you're lucky, you may notice a mama bird nesting. The sounds of nature can promote healing and curiosity!
Wherever you go, you may see happier children. When hearts are gratified, people are calmer. Maybe even a lot kinder to one another.
