Phyllis, this Lido Beach rental sounds like a dream! Private beach access, hot tub, pool... sign me up! And that view from the 5th floor must be amazing. $7,200 a month is definitely an investment, but for a whole month of paradise in December or January? Someone's going to have a seriously relaxing vacation. I'm sure Hans is getting a ton of calls already! That website is definitely worth checking out for those gorgeous photos.
