Good morning Larry and Sheila. Technology is on the fast pace. The internet required quality photography and shortly video will be required and not an option while contracts will come before a personal visit. I remember when you had to go to the listing office for keys. Oh, the times they are a changing. Enjoy your day.

I really like the look of the home in your featured photo but I probably couldn't afford it and it doesn't look like a condo, haha.  A condo is probably closer to what I could afford and if I were looking for one on Long Island, you would be the first call I made!!!

Good morning, Sheila and Larry... I actually thought that the number of home buyers who start their search on the internet was pushing 95% these days. Love you feature picture.

I think about 90% of what we do is on the Internet. I am shocked that many agents make zero effort to master it.

Any sellers, especially those that want the best activity and price need to have Internet exposure, you have demonstrated the ability to effectively market online
