So what to do? Be PRESENT in the NOW. 

OBSERVE yourself objectively, as if watching from outside you; your actions, reactions and reasons. 

With sufficient awareness and detachment, strangers on the internet, people at work, even family members have less access route to stick pins in you (they are called etheric cords, attaching and reattaching you to the energies of others - to past traumas and disappointments. Until they are cleared.)**

Having a life purpose, healthy work-life balance and natural 'recharging time' outside the Matrix . . .

will make a difference.

You'll know when you scroll past, with zero Fs given. Maybe mild amusement. But no further charge. Keep in mind . . .
