NEW Alabama License Law SUPERSEDES NAR Settlement

NEW Alabama Law HB230/Alabama Act 2025-59 goes into effect April 18, 2025. When Governor Kay Ivey signed HB230 into Law, it now takes precedence over the terms of the NAR Settlement requiring a Buyer to sign a written agreement prior to seeing properties.
