Hi Will- oh yes, I've worked and lived close to work and far ...really far from work. Given the choice, I'd prefer to live closer to work.

Hi Will:

Commuting distance to work has often been an important issue for buyers in their home search, although perhaps in recent years, with so many working at home, the bigger issue has been having dedicated home office space. IT's certainly still a good question to ask buyers when starting their home search.
