This Week…Final Four and More

I hate to admit it but I like the quote by Buddha the best Kathy Streib . The complexity of God's creation should convince everyone, especially scientists, that our world was created and not made by haphazard circumstances.

I don't know much about basketball so I felt as though this was written in a different language! hahahah

I liked that quote by Henry David Thoreau. He's one of my favorite writers. Several years ago, I booked a vacation in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. While visiting the historic (very eclectic) part of the city, I noticed many old buildings, architecturally interesting. Many of them had plants growing out of the mortar in the bricks. I was so fascinated and took many photographs at the time. I wish I had easy access to those photos, because it was very intereting!

Good morning Kathy. My son went to UF, so "go Gators" against Auburn. Then we only have one to go I the finals. Not sure who I prefer we play, UH or Duke. Enjoy your day.

Hello Kathy - weather is a constant conversation-starter.  And it often prompts remembrances of quotes too.  And many things, sports-related so much comes together at times.  It's all part of a bigger picture.  

You're way ahead of me in the bracket.  Currently 354,092, but I've got Florida topping Duke in the finals (assuming they both get there).  If I guessed right, I'll win the pool with my old work team (if only there were any prizes beyond bragging rights!).

Kathy, it is only 29 degrees right now, and for the last few days, overnight we have had a dusting of snow.  Luckily, not a lot of snow, but pretty chilly.   Looking forward to this week, back into the 70's.

Hello Kathy and it was cold at our home opener last night and it when into extra innings and we loss.

Dolores and I watched the women in the two games last night and plan to watch the final game on Sunday afternoon.

We have been patiently waiting out the last freezes of the year before planting the garden. Mike is currently watching the women's basketball championship series, Kathy. He wants UConn to take it all!

An interesting year for basketball. Of they eight teams in the two final fours, SEVEN are number one teams, and one is a two. I guess the experts were really experts this year.

Kathy as you so well put it, you are a winner already.  My UCONN women won yesterday and I am hoping for another big win tomorrow.

Well you do know you're speaking another language to me with all this bracket stuff!  Mostly anyway.  I am clueless but I do enjoy seeing all of you that enjoy playing along!  It's fun to see and feel the enthusiasm Kathy!  LOVE it!

I am now rooting for your Houston Cougars to win the championship since they represent the Big 12, which my team is part of now, haha.

I was rooting for Houston after they took Duke out! But Florida for the Win!
