Hoe - Hoe - Hoe
No, It's Not Christmas in April
I guess you can’t keep me out of the garden. Or from other places where digging occurs. Admittedly, I am a pest in that way.
Although, I am not going to shovel out a second challenge post this month, thinking about it has not stopped. I do have some additional seeds of inspiration to sow and put on display about foolishness as well as blooming.
And they can be fruitful when the pondering produces words of wisdom. Especially from sources who are not me. Or is it, I. Digressing continues as I remain a part of the witless protection program in Grammer's Attic. While these quotes are not mine, I believe I have gathered a thought-provoking bunch to share with you:
A fool thinks himself to be wise,
but a wise man knows himself to be a fool.
Attributed to William Shakespeare
Never let a fool kiss you, or a kiss fool you.
Attributed to Joey Adams
People deal too much
with the negative, what’s wrong.
Why not just touch those things
and make them bloom.
Attributed to Thich Nhat Hanh
The cherry blossom tree is truly a sight to behold,
especially when it is in full riotous bloom.
There are several varieties of cherry blossom trees,
and while most of them produce flowering branches full
of small, pinkish flowers,
some of them produce actual cherries.
Attributed to Homaro Cantu
If you have a garden and a library,
you have everything you need.
Attributed to Marcus Tullius Cicero
Here's to sifting words, from above or those you pick as you continue to grow. May they help plant ideas in your mind and even inspire you to cultivate an entry.
