Duane, I didn't get to attend this one (my bad I went to the lake with family) but did did copy a comment I made on Valeries post about her concert-

I hope you get to go as often as possible, we have a local bluegrass band that I love getting to hear.  Always have good stories to tell of what someone did or said at the concert.

One of my favorites is about our then 4 yr old grandson who was tired at one concert and just sat in my lap.  I whispered in his ear "don't you want to get down and dance to the music?"

He responded I will in 3 more songs.  Sure enough 3 tunes latter he got up and did the most interesting interpertive dance almost brought tears to my eyes (and everyone else who could see him) The band was playing a ballad about someone dying and the kid had us to where we didn't know weither to laugh or cry.  After the song, he got back in my lap and went to sleep.- cw

Hi Cheryl. I don't really know much about Bluegrass... but I have to tell you that I love the quote at the end of your post!  I had never heard that one before... but how true!

Steve, just goes to show you can learn something new every day.  My friend Joe is a motivational type guy and always has something to make one think.  He loves the quotes.  -cw
