Below are key market highlights from March 2025 for the Greater Metro Denver area (Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Elbert and Jefferson).
In March, sellers brought 6,062 new listings (both attached and detached) to the Greater Metro Denver real estate market. This was a 32.16% jump when compared to last month and 1,345 more new properties from what we saw last year at this time.
Active inventory (DSF and ASF) was up 50.15% when compared to 2024 and also increased 9.71% MoM. Days on market for both attached and detached saw 48 days, on average, a 21.52% increase when viewed YoY. Last year at this time we saw 39.5 days, on average. Pending listings (indicating demand) increased by 14.48% .
