Zillow to prohibit listings that are privately marketed

Zillow said the company’s new standards, which eXp Realty also committed to, show how it’s implementing Clear Cooperation on its platform. Those that do not meet the standards won’t be published on Zillow “for the life of the listing.

Good morning Michael. The issue of pocket listings morphed into "coming soon" and "delayed marketing exempt". Getting the picture here? Didn't someone once say "you can put lipstick on a pig and you still have a pig"? Just saying. Enjoy your day.

Totally agree.  These scream of "Let me double end it" and not to mention all the potential risks of fair housing matters. 

I like the current market the way it is. It keeps transparency. Transparency builds trust.
