Within reason on the beauty of flood waters. The floods we had last August caused far too much damage to be considered beautiful

Yes, of course within reason.  This particular location of the flood waters impacts using the road and I am impacted by this so that is not beautiful.

I hope the flood waters do not get to the point where is it dangerous to drive through them. Be careful!

John Juarez ,

The water did close the road and yes it is quite dangerous to drive through it.  Turn around, don't drown!  But some people do not listen or think they can get through it.  The emergency response teams are heroes!

Thank you for stopping by.

Good morning, Ann... after the floods from Hurricane Helene I'm not sure how beautiful I'd find flooded areas, but your photo is lovely and I'm delighted to hear that the waters are receding. You've had quite the time of it this year.

I know the flooding is never a good thing so I was trying to find a silver lining.  When I took this photo, I thought it was beautiful.

Good Saturday afternoon, Ann. It has been sad to see all of the recent flooding images.

Have an outstanding weekend.

Flooding is devastating.  With this photo, I was trying to "see" something positive.
