Thank you all for the comments.  These folks are on the go a lot and she said she adored the new townhome and is looking forward to the fun in decorating. They had their tape measure out during the final walkthrough and that is always a fun time giving my thoughts.  (Pretty sure they went in one ear and out the other...LOL)
