I am sure we have all had the same annoying conversation Titus & Philemon were having when we were kids, thankfully it doesn't happen often as adults.
Repetition can be a good learning tool and it can also be a good tool for success: ie sell a house, repeat, sell another, repeat. ☺️.

When working with clients you need to be sure they understand you but if you just keep repeating the same thing like Philemon above you may lose a client and get a sore nose as well. Remember the old Batman word graphics?

Even repeating oneself when no one asks you to can be a real put-off. The pastor at the last church I left did it several times in every service: "Yes I said... bla, bla, bla".
Many new salespeople need to relearn both speaking and hearing to become SUCCESSFUL in their field. I believe in working with a coach and ask them if you tend to be redundant in your speech. This applies especially with new agents but it's not a bad idea for longtime successful agents to do a little role playing every once in awhile (especially if you seem to be in a slump lately).
