Friday Flags:  A Stiff Breeze Makes Them Wave Proudly

Whie spending a couple of days in Galloway, NJ, we happened to find a flag that was crying for attention.

After stopping for breakfast, I took a couple of minutes to show appreciation to the Bayview Volunteers fire Co, which is within the Galloway Township.

The flag itself was appreciating the airing out the wind offered.

I did as well and share it as well.

Hello Ed - I believe breezes and flags have a close relationship.  Does observing it in action make me a banner voyeur.  Admittedly, such things make me take notice.

Good morning Ed. The stiffer the breeze the better to understand the strength of the flag. Keep your photos coming and hope the breeze dies every time you are ready to take a shot. Enjoy your next round. .

Personally, I can do without a stiff wind that would blow me over, Ed. But it's clearly doing right by Old Glory!

I guess that is one good thing about a stiff breeze, haha.  Normally, a breeze here makes it a bit cooler, which is sometimes good and sometimes not, haha.

Thanks, Ed Silva, 203-206-0754! I love how you captured the beauty of a waving flag in the wind—it’s such a simple yet powerful symbol of pride. Your appreciation for those little moments really shines through!

Hi Ed:

A nice stiff breeze does make a difference, doesn't it?! I love seeing this flag with the blue sky in the background.

Have a great weekend and a Happy Easter.

Jeff
