Unnecessary Stress

Titus's worry, I get it and I'm pretty sure I know why the author (my son Timmothy) wrote this. We have a physcopath living in our neighborhood and he has a pit bull that is always with him. Timmothy is an adult male of good stature but nobody is immune from a charging pit bull (which is why I always have my weapon and concealed carry license in my pocket).

The physco I mentioned has been know to use his dog as a weapon. Whenever Timmothy walks our dog (Baby) I tell him to keep his eye out for Paul walking his dog and to be sure to keep a very safe distance if he sees him.

It's a tough situation. Paul is a convicted felon and is arrested on a regular basis. The neighborhood and even the police wonder how/why he is released as often as he is.

Be sure to keep your eye on the sexual predator list (yes he is on there too) and if one moves into your neighborhood visit with your neighbors to see if they are aware of the situation. Encourage others to speak up if they see something wrong. Don't be afraid to report bad behavior to the Police. Warn your children about the situation... even if they are 23 years old.

Do you enjoy the cartoons written by my son (Timmothy N. Timm) which I use as a springboard to write my daily posts? His strip, Titus & Philemon, has run in two newspapers for years as well as being printed in my blog every day. Titus & Philemon (pronounced Phi - Lee -Man) are guinea pigs. Their owner is Joe. Timmothy has never repeated a joke/comic strip in the 12 years he has been writing it. He has never copied another strip, such as Peanuts or Garfield. You can follow Timmothy on FB as Titus & Philemon and you can also check him out on Instagram as Instagram.com/titus and philemon/ .For Timmothy's website type timmtimmothy.com into your browser. I tried to put it in a link here but it refuses to work. Do NOT put anything in front of timmtimmothy.com or it will not work.

Hello Bob - being and staying aware is important.  In real estate practice (as well as participation) plus everyday life.

Bob "RealMan" Timm - your family should be concerned! A few days ago, I received a letter from a friend who was outdoors enjoying the day, when out of nowhere a Pit Bull charged and bit her several times. Currently she is in bad shape! My friend lives in Michigan.

For a felon to be allowed freedom while still having repeat arrests without consequences is very disturbing. And if you use your weapon, I'm afraid you will be dealt with consequences. It makes no sense.

First of all I'd like to pray for your friend Patricia Feager . I was bit by the pit bull owned by he fellow I speak of but it was a smaller one then the owns now. It is a long healing process. My wound bled for over a month and I will most likely have the bruises on my leg forever.

He has little to no regard for the law and because he is on welfare they always set his bail low. He is out now on bail and he has been skipping his court date so he should be in jail but isn't? When I ask my friends in the PD they shake their heads and are as upset as I am that he keeps getting released.

Bob "RealMan" Timm - I will pray for you and your family, including guests that come to visit. What you are experiencing is terrible! I will be sure to write a letter back to my friend who was bitten.

Take care and stay safe.

He does live a block away Kat Palmiotti but that is certainly not enough. I always have to be on the lookout when I walk my dog.

Good morning Bob. A tough situation where he is afforded more protection than your family. Maybe the tides will turn and the guilty will lose rights not gain them. Recidivism should not be treated as a curable disease but rather a terminal one. Enjoy your day.

Thanks Wayne Martin . The sad thing is his dog will most likely kill someone before the judicial system wakes up. The Police are doing their part but when you have liberal judges and parole system that does nothing he won't get the help he needs until there is a death involved.

Good morning, Bob... I am not afraid of dogs, except for one breed and that is the pit bull! As for keeping tabs on sexual predators in real estate... I don't do it. I am not allowed to provide that kind of information to clients. If they have concerns, I can only suggest they check the lists themselves.

I believe our (State of ND) laws are the same. We can point people as to where to look but that is it. Pit Bulls were not allowed in Minot until a couple of years ago and I'd like to find out who the fool was that pushed to let them back in.

It makes sense that they would be afraid of dogs, but I am also certain that they are kept safe from them, haha.

You would hope so Brian England but you never know what a home intruder might do, especially a phyco like the one who lives in my neighborhood.

It is sad when a pet has to be put down Will Hamm . I'm not sure why anyone feels the need to own such a dangerous breed as a pit bull but I'm sure they have their reasons.

Hi Bob, That sounds like a very concerning situation with the neighbor and their dog. No one should have to live with that. I expect it discourages your son from taking his dog out for a walk in his neighborhood.

The whole situation is hard to believe Barbara Michaluk . He lives in a home that was flooded in 2011 and still has not been repaired. The renters could care less about this neighborhood because they don't live here and if a psychopath is willing to pay rent they are greedy enough to take it. The house looks like hell with nearly every window broke out and much of the siding is ripped off. There is electricity buy no running water. Just recently a very large woodpile has appeared on the yard, the kind of a tree just cut down, NOT nice cut logs. He has a record a mile long including child molestation... yet he is out on the streets.
