Good morning, Sheila and Larry. I often say that any idiot can open a door for a buyer. It's not our ability to open doors to show homes... it's our connections when problems surface, it's our negotiating expertise, it's our knowledge of the market, etc. that is our true value to home buyers.

We are problem solvers and that is why we can help find solutions! I just had a buyer terminate on a listing because the HVAC was bad and instead of asking to have it repaired their agent said let's move on. The sellers of course immediately had the HVAC evaluated and deemed to need to be replaced so was just installed last week!

This is another good story about why home buyers benefit from highly professional representation.
