 Saddle Rock Ridge - Aurora CO is a neighborhood in Southeast Aurora comprised of over 2,000 single-family homes built from 1997 to 2016 by several different builders.  This is one of the largest subdivisions in Southeast Aurora, located within the Cherry Creek School District and close to shopping, hospitals, many restaurant options, and entertainment. 

 

Housing in Saddle Rock Ridge in Aurora is popular with its location close to Southlands Shopping Center with lots of retail options and restaurants, easy access to E-470, and Denver International Airport.   These homes are all located in the zip code 80015.

Good morning, Joan... a list to sale price ratio of 99% is nothing to sneeze at in a market where days on market are pushing three months, if you ask me.

Sounds like sellers are getting a pretty good price for their homes despite spending an average of 3 months on the market. Hopefully things will become a bit less sluggish and inventory will improve in the Spring market.
