Aurora turns 134 years old on April 30! Join the Aurora History Museum for fun and informative birthday events at the museum, 15051 E. Alameda Parkway:

  • 134th Birthday Party: noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 26. This fun open-house style party will include birthday cake, party games and activities for the whole family. Stop by the museum and say “Happy Birthday” to your favorite city. No registration needed.
  • Aurora's Story Presentation: 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 30. This presentation will focus on Aurora’s founding as the town of Fletcher in 1891, the early years of the city and the people who called it home. Registration required.

Good morning Will. Thanks to the slowness of the Rain, which while a bother to me must be frustrating to Development as they seek to correct the problem, I am able to catch posts of some who are normally active at different times than me.
