Central Oregon Market Trends for 1st Quarter 2025
Q1 2025, the Bend Oregon Real Estate market and surrounding communities experienced a change, typically seeing a significant increase in inventory year over year with more homes, more new listings, and typically more days on market. Buyers had more opportunities with the increased number of homes for sale and sellers were more willing to consider offers less than asking price as well as negotiate with repairs. The number of listings grew, days on market increased in many markets, but prices increased less than 3% year over year in the larger markets of Bend and Redmond. However, despite the increased number of homes for sale, all areas with three exceptions remain in a seller's market; the exceptions were La Pine with a balanced market and Madras and Black Butte with a very strong buyer's market.
