Homes sales jumped 35.0% in March of 2025 from February of 2025, and rose 23.8% from March of 2024 in Ventura County, California.
There were 3.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2025, lower from 4.0 months in February of 2025, but higher from 2.9 months in March of 2024 in Ventura County, California.
An average it took 33.0 days to sell a home in March 2025, declined from 36.0 days in February of 2025, but increased from 28.5 days in March of 2024 in Ventura County, California.
