Where do you work, they ask | South Central Texas Triangle

By
Real Estate Agent with ASK FOR DEB! Stanberry Realtors 0553954

Everything in Texas is big, and so is the area that I work, what I call  the south central Texas Triangle.  My brokerage office is located in Bastrop in Bastrop County,  I live Fayetteville in Fayette County, and I work in all the surrounding counties/areas that falls in between Austin, Houston, and San Antonio,  east of I-35,  helping Buyers and Sellers reach their real estate goals.  This big area does include: Bastrop County, Lee County, Travis County, Williamson County, Caldwell County, Fayette County, Milam County, Grimes County, Austin County, Gonzales County, and Washington County.

On a rare occassion I will take a listing in the Austin area for friends or established Clients but generally I stay out of the big cities!  As a career Realtor with almost 30 years of exeriance (in CO, AZ, and here in Texas since 2005) I have experience in residential, rural residential, farm and ranch, alternative/eco friendly homes, homesteading, and horse properties.

If you or anyone else you know is looking for a dedicated Realtor who would love to help meet real estate goals, please contact me.  If I can't/don't work in your area I do have a wide network of talented Realtors that I can refer you to!

That sounds like a large area. It is hard to move from one area and build your business and you have done it twice already. Hope the Summer brings you plenty of clients. Love your photo by the way, you look very friendly and someone I could trust.

I like how you approach your business!  There are places that I won't usually go to either, unless it is for family or a really good client, haha.
