I had two listings both were elegant. One even had a real woodburning fireplace inside. When seller 1 and seller 2 moved out, the rooms looked so blah, especially the bookshelves. I ended up taking some books and nick knacks from my house to spruce it up a bit. I got them both sold too! Before I did that, it was so boring!!!
