Carol Williams and I are hosting this month's challenge. 

Members have already submitted about 20 entries in the first two weeks. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out in real estate, this challenge is for you. We would love to see your submission on how to make changes as you reflect on your real estate journey.

Join by reading and commenting on your favorites—your input adds energy to the conversation!

Think about your real estate journey. What would you change if you could change anything based on your current knowledge? Consider your marketing strategies, work-life balance, and mistakes you'd avoid. You might write this as a letter to your younger self or advice for a new agent. 

If you’re new to real estate, feel free to ask questions in the ActiveRain community! Please write at least 300 words, include a graphic, and post it on ActiveRain. Share the link in the comments by May 31, 2025, at midnight Pacific Time.

I have been reading some excellent entries into the challenge. I've just been really busy but will get one entered. Yesterday I was all set for the Zoom meet and all he%# broke out with relocation calling me on a counter to a repair amendment and an agent with clients in one of my listings wanting all kinds of answers on the listing!
