Multi Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.  reports median single-family home price down -4.0% in Dec-14 over Nov-14, sales climb to 7,172.

  • The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $383,000 down -4.0% vs Nov-14.
  • Existing single-family home sales increased 1.5% from Nov-14 for a Dec-14 total of 7,172 sold units.
  • Condos increased in price to $337,250 up 3.0% vs Nov-14.
  • Existing condo sales decreased -3.8% in Dec-14 over Nov-14 for a total of 1,620 sold units.
