Avoiding Foreclosure in Waukesha County Wisconsin. Notice of Default?

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker

Times can be hard for anyone. For 39 years I have helped many navigate through the Notice of Default they received and the process to avoid Foreclosure. I see you are helping many people with their Foreclosure in Waukesha County. Tom Braatz, we would like you to help us navigate through what we think is one of the most difficult times we have had to face in a while" I would be honored to help you.

Waukesha County

It shouldn't be so hard for people but sometimes that is a hard conversation to start; it's painful. I mean it when I tell folks "It would be a honor" to help you and guide you through the journey.  Avoiding Foreclosure in Waukesha County Wisconsin is a niche that Tom can say he handled quite a lot of them since the 80's. Tom is an expert in helping you to get all the pieces to stop moving. You have us to help you get your life back on a forward direction to better days ahead. Tom is a pro-active, problem-solving agent that would glad to talk to you.

Waukesha County

Waukesha County Real Estate sure evolved to be a different beast these days. When I first thought of getting into real estate it was rather elementary. You sat at a desk, with a desk phone (push buttons were in and gone were the phones that required dialing.)

You need help with your foreclosure

Every Tuesday the Merrill Lynch delivery man would bring the MLS A and B books. The A book would be for Milwaukee County and the B book would be for all the other areas combined. I would rip the A book into sections for my buyers that were interested in certain areas and based on increasing price that the book was set up like.

The B book had different counties and then broken down into areas and then by price. I really ripped that book into pages. Being busy I splurged for a extra set of books and hoped my $10 investment panned out.

Care to search for property at your time and privacy. Feel free to click the link at   tombraatz.remaxservicefirstwi.com/    The market sure has changed with technology, hasn't it? That is a resounding yes. There were no cell phones or Internet. I would drive potential sellers nuts by repetitive calling accompanied with rather creative mailers. It must have been my pseudo charm, but I would always carry 25-35 listings at a time and at the time you would be happy if you were able to get a property under contract within 90 days.

All those beautiful properties in Waukesha County that were nice which averaged $50,000 to $70,000 and then bread and butter homes were about $40,000. Forget the Lake homes unless you were ready to spend over a $100K for those bad boys. Stamps were $14 a roll. We still worked very hard and relied on people being their because there was not turning back once you got in your car and started off for your appointment. One knows in their heart the following saying is so true. However, have a major game plan, and have a burning desire to see it completely to fruition.

Foreclosure

I'll never forget the day I got my Uniden cellular bag phone in the latter 80's. It was a 3-watt phone that when you hung up the full-sized phone your ear was very hot from talking. The sales tactics seemed to work. Times were different.

I do it all; Commercial, Business, Residential, and Investment. Personally, speaking I have to say I enjoy Lake homes whether they may be in Waukesha, Washington, Jefferson, Dodge, or any county for matter. Then again, I enjoy helping first time buyers achieve their dreams, and guiding a business buyer through their dreams and putting their SBA project together so they can own their own business, then there are the people who want to start their portfolio in buying commercial properties; multi family or commercial buildings. Every day in real estate is like a great sunset, well, almost every day.

There are people that tell me "You sure are Innovated, it's nuts seeing you being so passionate about your clients" For the record, I love my clients.

I would venture to say our clients in Short Sales in Waukesha County Wisconsin would concur.

Have a productive day and I will see you at closing!
