Homemade Apple pie day, ever one can taste a warm apple pie just out of the oven. It is a great day to enjoy something like this with maybe some ice cream to add to it. I make more pies in July and August from Apple to Cherry or even Blueberries.

My favorite is a Dutch Apple Pie with the heavy crumble topping. I can take it al a carte, al a mode, hot, room temp, chilled, but not frozen. It is always a winner in my book.
